Mentorship Circle
Senior alumni paired with recent graduates and current IUT students for on-demand conversations about careers, study and settling in.
- We match you with a mentor (or mentee) based on field, city and what you're hoping to get out of it.
- You meet roughly once a month or at a cadence you're both comfortable, with a coffee, a call, or a walk, however suits you both.
Recent IUT graduates and current students finding their footing, plus established alumni happy to give a few hours a month.

Career Bridge
A quiet, trusted referral channel for engineering, tech and academic roles across Australia, plus honest resume reviews from people who have been through it.
- Members share openings from their own workplaces and refer fellow IUTians where they can.
- Bring your CV to a resume night for a candid ten-minute review from senior alumni.
- Everything runs member-to-member, with no fees, no recruiters, no spam.

The practical and emotional landing pad new arrivals deserve, a short guide to the essentials, and a real human on the other end.
